Carriers

For carriers and MGAs

Appointed producers, demand generated upstream rather than bought, and a production environment the group operates end to end. Not a logo on a partner page.

What this group looks like from your side

Most distribution conversations offer you a channel. This one offers you the whole path a case travels before it reaches your underwriting desk.

Solved Solutions is the FMO inside Solved Ventures, holding direct and top-level contracts for Medicare and final expense and contracting independent producers and agencies. Upstream of it, Solved Marketing generates the demand those producers work. Around it, AgentTech Dialer runs the conversation and Solved Enroll quotes and enrolls the case.

That matters to a carrier for one reason: the quality of what arrives at your desk is decided long before the application is submitted. When the same group owns the lead, the call, the quote, and the appointment, application quality is an internal problem with an owner rather than a service level conversation between four vendors.

No carrier is named on this site. This page describes what is offered to a carrier or an MGA. It is not a claim of a relationship, an appointment, a placement agreement, or a reinsurance arrangement with any specific company.

What a carrier gets from this group

Six specific things, each owned by a company in the chain rather than promised on behalf of a partner.

Appointed producers through Solved Solutions

Licensed producers contracted through an FMO that is part of the same group, with a contracting path built to finish rather than stall in an email thread. Appointments, hierarchies, and statement reconciliation are handled as operations rather than as favors.

Levels and hierarchies are discussed directly. We do not publish contract levels or commission percentages.

Owned demand upstream

Solved Marketing generates Medicare, life, and final expense demand in house across three verticals and sells each lead once. Consent is captured at acquisition with the exact disclosure language, the timestamp, the IP, and the page stored per lead.

For a carrier, that is the difference between production built on a record sold four times and production built on a first conversation.

A production environment, not a logo

Producers work inside AgentTech Dialer and Solved Enroll: dialing, CRM, recording, transcription, live coaching, compliance scoring, quoting, pre-qualification, and enrollment on one client record.

A sales practice question can be answered from the recording, the transcript, and the case record rather than reconstructed from an agent's memory six weeks later.

Cleaner applications, fewer dropped cases

Carrier underwriting rules are encoded and versioned inside Solved Enroll, so a case is checked against the real requirements before it is submitted rather than after it is kicked back.

Fewer incomplete submissions, fewer requirements chased by phone, and fewer cases that die between the conversation and the application, which is where most of them die.

Comparative routing

The comparative underwriting method evaluates a case against many carriers and products at once, so a case that does not fit one appetite finds the one it does fit while the applicant is still in the conversation.

The carrier benefit is selection quality. You see cases because they fit your product, not because they were the only door the agent had open.

Compliance evidence that already exists

Consent at acquisition, disclosure language, recordings, transcripts, attestation, and post-call scoring are produced by the platforms that ran the work, because Solved Telephony carries the calls and AgentTech scores them.

A security program and controls are in place and audit readiness work is underway. We do not claim a completed certification or a named auditor.

Partnership shapes we discuss

Four conversations, in roughly the order they tend to happen. Which one fits depends on your appetite and where the group already produces.

Product placement

Your product made available to contracted producers where it fits the client profiles the group already works: Medicare lines and final expense to begin with. Placement is decided on fit rather than on who pays for shelf space, because a poorly fitting product produces lapses that cost both sides more than the commission was worth.

Preferred contracts

A closer commercial relationship where production justifies it: contract terms discussed directly, support commitments in both directions, and clarity about which case types the group can genuinely produce. Terms and levels are a conversation, not a published rate card.

Comparative routing

Your appetite encoded in the comparative quoter, so cases that fit reach you and cases that do not are placed elsewhere instead of being submitted hopefully. This is the shape that most improves selection quality, and it requires an honest description of your underwriting appetite to be worth anything.

Reinsurance conversations through Solved Re

Solved Re Inc. is the products and MGA business inside the group, and risk structuring conversations run through it. These sit alongside product filings rather than ahead of them: the proprietary products are in development and pending state approval, so this is a structuring discussion rather than a live treaty.

How a conversation starts

Four steps, and the first one is yours. We would rather hear the appetite before describing the production.

The useful first call is a plain one: which case types you want more of, which ones you do not, the states that matter, and what a good application looks like from your side. Everything after that is a question of whether the group can genuinely produce it.

  1. Tell us the appetite

Product lines, case types, states, and the underwriting appetite in real terms rather than in a brochure. Also tell us what you are tired of receiving, which is usually more informative.

  2. Look at the production environment

Walk the path a case takes: the demand it came from, the recorded conversation, the pre-qualification, and the record that sits on the case at submission. Judge the quality of the environment, not a slide about it.

  3. Agree the shape

Product placement, a preferred contract, comparative routing, or a reinsurance structuring conversation. Contracting and appointments run through Solved Solutions, so the paperwork has one owner rather than several.

  4. Start small and measure

A limited set of states or case types first, with placement quality and persistency reviewed rather than assumed. Expanding a relationship that works is easy; unwinding one that was launched wide is not.

What we will not tell you

A partnership page is a good place to be precise, because everything here is checkable.

No carrier names or logos

We do not publish the carriers Solved Solutions is contracted with, and we do not imply relationships we do not have. If a specific appointment matters to your conversation, ask and we will answer directly.

No production figures on a web page

No volumes, no placement rates, no persistency numbers, and no conversion claims. Those belong in a real conversation with real data behind them, not in a headline designed to look impressive.

No pretending the product tier is live

Solved Insurance products are in development and pending state approval, with nothing on sale. Any conversation about proprietary products or reinsurance starts from that fact rather than around it.

Where the group stands today. AgentTech Dialer and Solved Telephony are in production with paying customers. Solved Marketing and Solved Solutions are operating. Solved Enroll is in private beta with a public rollout planned for 2027. Solved Insurance is in development, pending state approval.

FAQs

Questions from carriers and MGAs

What is actually being offered to a carrier here?

Appointed producers through Solved Solutions, demand generated upstream by Solved Marketing rather than bought from an aggregator, a production environment on AgentTech Dialer and Solved Enroll, application quality work that reduces dropped cases, and comparative routing so a case that does not fit one appetite reaches the carrier it does fit. Partnership shapes discussed are product placement, preferred contracts, comparative routing, and reinsurance conversations through Solved Re.

Do you publish the carriers you work with?

No. Solved Solutions holds direct and top-level contracts for Medicare and final expense distribution, and we do not name carriers, publish logos, or describe any specific appointment on this site. Nothing on this page should be read as a claim about a relationship with any particular carrier.

Does comparative routing just mean sending you the cases you do not want?

It means a case is evaluated against many carriers and products at once, and placed where the appetite and the product actually fit. That is a better deal for a carrier than the alternative, which is receiving applications that were submitted because they were the agent's only option and then declining them at the carrier's own expense.

Are you a competitor now that you are building your own products?

Solved Insurance products are in development and pending state approval, and nothing is on sale. The group is built to place cases where they fit, which will always include carrier products, because a proprietary product with disciplined risk selection declines more cases than it writes. Distribution through Solved Solutions is a real business on its own terms.

What does a production environment mean in practice?

That the producers writing your product work inside platforms the group operates: dialing, CRM, recording, transcription, and post-call compliance scoring in AgentTech Dialer, and quoting, pre-qualification, and enrollment in Solved Enroll. Sales practice questions can be answered from the recording and the case record rather than from memory.

How do reinsurance conversations work?

Through Solved Re Inc., the products and MGA business inside the group. Those conversations are structuring conversations, and they sit alongside the product filings rather than ahead of them. Like everything else on the product side, they are in progress rather than complete.
