It operates 6 companies covering the insurance value chain end to end: Solved Marketing for owned lead acquisition, Solved Telephony for carrier-grade voice and AI Voice Agents, AgentTech Dialer for dialing, CRM, and compliance scoring, Solved Enroll for multi-product quoting and enrollment, Solved Solutions for FMO contracting and distribution, and Solved Insurance with Solved Re Inc. for proprietary products and the MGA business behind them. The thesis is that most of what a policyholder pays covers distribution and process rather than protection, so the company owns every step from the first lead to the reinsured policy. AgentTech Dialer and Solved Telephony are in production with paying customers inside and outside the group, including AI Voice Agents at $0.10 per minute of talk time. Solved Marketing and Solved Solutions are operating. Solved Enroll is in private beta with a public rollout planned for 2027. Solved Insurance products are in development, pending state approval, and nothing is on sale. The company was co-founded by Dustin Snider, Chief Executive Officer, and Abri White, Chief Operating Officer, both of whom came out of operating insurance sales rather than software. Can I write that Solved Insurance sells policies?
No. Solved Insurance products are in development, pending state approval, and nothing is on sale. That is the single most important accuracy point about the group, and we will correct it every time. AgentTech Dialer and Solved Telephony are the businesses with paying customers today.
Do you publish funding, valuation, revenue, or headcount?
No. None of those figures are published, so any number attributed to Solved Ventures did not come from us. If you have seen one, email the media contact and we will tell you whether it is ours.
